Eric Goldberg- Attorney at Law
Eric Goldberg is Founder and Principal of the Goldberg Law Group, LLC. He is dedicated to working with his clients on a personal level, and providing them with customized plans that meet their unique needs and goals. Over the years, Eric has learned that the best plans are the result of close collaboration, not only with his clients, but also with other professionals involved in caring for the needs of seniors, special needs adults and children, and veterans. His clients appreciate this approach and consider Eric both a counselor for life and a family friend.
Eric graduated from Cornell University with a Bachelor of Science in 1990. He earned his law degree from Yeshiva University’s Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in 1994. Currently, he serves on the Felician College Institute for Gerontology External Advisory Board and is a Morris County Chamber of Commerce Member. Eric’s extensive knowledge of the interplay between finance, tax law, and government benefits, together with his compassionate nature, make him uniquely qualified to counsel clients on the complexities of estate and long-term care planning.
When not practicing law, Eric is an avid mountain biker and enjoys spending time with his wife, two boys, and Golden Retriever.
Clelia Pergola- Chief Operating Officer
Nothing happens at Goldberg Law Group, LLC. until Clelia Pergola says so. It is easier to explain what she doesn’t contribute to the firm than what she does. Ms. Pergola has been with Goldberg Law Group since before our doors opened and she has been instrumental in the growth of our services and reputation. When not correcting the pronunciation of her name, Clelia is speaking with clients, solving administrative issues, networking with other professionals, organizing events, and managing law firm operations. As Goldberg Law Group has grown, Clelia has systematically delegated many of her duties and now motivates our staff for a common cause – servicing our clients in the most efficient and friendly manner possible.
Clelia is a caregiver to her Nonna. She has personally experienced the frustrations and challenges of the long term care system for both her grandmother and grandfather. When not running the world, Clelia enjoys cooking, rooting for the Jets, and spending time with her husband and newborn little man, Dante Domenico.
